Welcome to Wonder Walk. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wonder Walk mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1Use of the App

Wonder Walk is a fitness application designed to help users track walking activity and improve general fitness.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

2No Account Required

Wonder Walk does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

3Health Disclaimer

Wonder Walk provides fitness and wellness information for general informational purposes only.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. Use of the App is at your own risk.

4HealthKit Integration

The App may integrate with Apple HealthKit to read health and activity data.

This data is used only to provide app functionality and is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

5Subscriptions and Payments

Wonder Walk offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

We do not control billing and do not issue refunds directly. All payments are handled by Apple.

6Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Wonder Walk and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder Walk shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, health outcomes, or fitness results
  • Any issues arising from use of the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk.
